VIZ-Steel's youth programmes aim to identify and develop promising young employees in order to shape professional talent pool of the Company. The process includes the basic trades’ workers, managers, and professionals under the age of 35.
“Young Leader of VIZ-Steel” competition
VIZ-Steel's "Young Leader” competition aims to identify leadership potential of young employees and to shape talent pool for all management levels. Any employee under 35 (manager, expert, worker, clerk) with working experience of at least one year can participate in the competition.
Top management talent pool development programme
Top management talent pool development programme aims to identify talented young professionals with a potential for fast growth as well as to create conditions for top management career growth. The participants of the programme receive individual development plans for four years that include workshops and training sessions on the development of personal and managerial efficiency.
